It may have changed but I didn’t get asked comp until I passed HC (I’m a non technical PgM). Program Manager ranges from L3-5. With 10 YOE you’ll be 4 or 5 most likely. Depends on your experience and how your interviews go.

It is, so would require a move to cross-county (I’m DC-based).

I told them I'm looking for x% hike over my current comp (which I didn't share), and that I'll be more comfortable if they shared their range and I'll let them know if that works for me. Also told them I'm flexible on the breakdown, which is why they knocked it out of the park when giving RSU's. I also happened to get an amazing recruiter so they were okay with blinking first.

G1 - I met with the recruiter (S&O GCP) after my initial call with the HM (referral so possibly why my interviews were a bit out of sequence) and the recruiter asked me about comp in that initial call and then my loop was scheduled for the following week. It may vary depending on role/recruiter so confirming I was asked right away.

did the recruiter share the level and/or comp range with you during that call? If so, can you share?

Got laid off on Monday. Felt okay at first, but now feel inadequate and useless since Julie Sweet mentioned the 25K that Accenture laid off were low performers. I know I wasn’t a poor performer, I got dinged for not doing enough projects in my practice, but still go top reviews for my projects. Just want to vent.

Any ideas on how to deliver this message so it makes an impact?
