Research its web site & people bios
Research its wiki page
YOU SHOULD KNOW THE LEAD PEOPLE’s BIOS
(I’ve explained & set this out fully in another response on Fishbowl)
CO Viability & Liability & Forecasts
Google anything & everything that has that Company’s name attached.
Make sure you check litigation as well as
any corporate change recently or in the future
KNOW that Company’s policies and whether you are willing to accept them. Eg:
👔👗 vs 👖👕 Dress Code
🏡 WFH (could be any possibility)
🏖 Vacation (Is 4wks for me but illusory)
🫀🫁 Sick Leave (my field: Never be sick or weak)
⛑ Emergencies

The above are listed only because they factors that have changed recently and are in flux
PREP YOUR BRAIN:
Know what FDA has current on regs, policies, and procedures. The FDA web site is voluminous & should be sufficient.
🤷🏻♀️ Focus on that Company’s product lines, then its resources and its clients. Remember that I don’t know all this about that company or even ifvyou will cover certain silos as part of a Reg Affairs Team
📃 READ THE CFR DAILY
The summary edition comes out every morning.
You can hyperlink to relevant items.
The Co will want a Reg Affairs person who does this daily — emergencies 1st upon arrival/start time; CFR next — always! So, would be a “1st thing daily” ritual
🔮 Check the postings on GlassDoor of anyone who posted their takes on their interviews there. Select the option to Follow the Company
… check out all you can.

If you have stable perm employment I would recommend not taking the risk
