I am preparing for the data structures and algo for 2 months (1-2 problems daily). It takes atleast 1-1.5 hours to try solving a new problem and understanding a solution. Not able to take out that much time as wlb is bad in current company. Also now I don’t get calls from good companies. My exp is 7 years i am worried because now the interviews are getting tougher with system design as well. I am looking for good product base company. Can someone help if gone through this? Cisco CTC - 16.2LPA , Fixed - 15.1LPA - Cisco TAC role.

Verizon data services llc - CTC 18LPA , Fixed - 16.1LPA

YOE - 6.5 Years
CCTC - 7.2 LPA
Tech - Networking and Security

Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.
