Hello. I have been working in EY GDS for last 2 years. I have got a hike of 7%. My package is now 8 lakhs pa including variable pay (5%). Do you think this is a reasonable hike?

I’m currently at a boutique agency where it’s just me and my boss doing RM for about 200+ people. I have been there for almost a year and have implemented some new processes that are starting to help streamline the process. I currently make $85K. Is this an appropriate salary for my level? I am being approached for RM roles at consulting firms and other agencies. I like the idea of building something here but would also like better benefits (more vacation, better mat leave).

Please suggest how can my CTC can be revised. I tried to get counter offer but mostly everyone company offering up to 9 fixed only. Kindly pour your suggestions.

I have seen recently everyone’s offer letter figure is same except the other skill bonus. They just increase decrease that amount and rest 50,500 base pay is same. Just wanted to know on what basis incrment will happen? On CTC or excluding skill bonus?

Is EY GDS worth joining?
They are offering 70% hike on my current CTC.

I've an offer from a company (Big 4), and serving notice period in current company (Again Big 4). In the meanwhile if I apply to other companies, is it a good thing to tell them that I've a offer in hand? So that they can expedite the process and may incline more to provide an offer thinking that I already have one (so one company thinks that good for this money) or is that negative? That company will think why am I looking out even with an offer in hand.
