About me: 1 have total 4 years of experience in frontend development, (React.js, Vue.js).

Offer 1: Cornerstone ondemand: They offered me w.r t. their company policy.

Offer 2: Johnson control India: Initially they denied for my expectations but after getting offer from cornerstone ondemand, they are ready to match the offer.


Please give me your opinion. Which one should l join?

My spouse having 12 years of exp currently holds two opportunities abroad at the moment. We are a family of three (husband, wife and a 1 yo)

One is a contract role (through a consultancy) in Melbourne, Au - 100k annual pay.. Other one is an On-site opportunity in New Zealand through an WITCH company, unsure of the pay right now.

The job entails not only to bill for dme (cms 1500) but also to follow up on any denials or appeals, amongst other administrative duties. My questions are is it typical to have 1 person doing both the billing and denials within a new vertical for all ins.? How difficult is billing for dme as I only have experience in gyn onc and lactation billing? What's a fair salary? I have 8+ yoe in rcm, no certs.
