How is 100 base + 40 bonus for first year comp in LMM PE? HCOL market

Level of difficulty transitioning from Project Management to Product Management without any dev/software engineering experience? (Although some functional experience)

Is 400k gbp all in (175 base + 225 bonus) decent for a VP2?
This is at a UMM fund. Carry c £1.5m but who knows when that will come…

I know as attorneys of color, we often find ourselves being in a room with dozens of attorneys and still were the only attorney of color (I’m a brown woman, very often the only brown person AND only woman in the room). I’m starting to attend more client meetings and depositions, trials, etc. and I’m noticing it more and it’s starting to distract me bc I start overthinking it in the moment.
