Hi fishes Will work from home in FIS continue atleast upto Dec 2022? Any idea? FIS Global
I got offer in Bangalore FIS and my husband got an offer with one big company in Hyderabad. Both companies are currently WFH only but in future, I might have to consider moving to Hyderabad. Fis doesn't have office in Hyderabad so I was wondering if I can ask permanent WFH later. I guess I will be put in fis payment solution.
Thanks in advance. Kindly let me know. FIS Global

Hi fishes,
Yoe 3years
Current CTC: 7.44lpa
Offer in hand 12lpa amdocs and 15lpa nagarro
Tech: reactjs
I said only 12lpa offer to hr of capgemini so they are okay to give 12.5lpa. But I have asked 13 fixed, they are saying that it is high for 3yoe. Initially one hr called and said fine for 14 lpa with 10% variable.
Shall I ask 14lpa by showing 15lpa nagarro ?
What is the max lpa that they can provide for 3yoe?

Will vary greatly by industry, but all of these seem low. Specific concentrations or deeper skills (analytics, comp, etc.) will also be a huge part of the equation.
With 7 years experience and a Masters, I’d expect nothing less than $130k, and be aiming for $150k-ish, before even considering the high cost of living.
We’re in process of hiring an HRBP now and the pay is around 100k plus bonus in Tennessee and Oregon area. I would say California anywhere from 100-120k
Cost of living has sky rocketed in SD. You can’t find a 1 BR for under $2200, studios are even in that range. Gas is over $6/gal
Find a remote job that pays Ca wages and move to a low tax state! My recommendation 😉
$110-$120k in either of those locales.
I'm hiring HRBP to work in Los Angeles at 95k, which seems to be on the lower end of pay scales
Depends on the industry - for reference, I’m in Tech in Boston and make $120k base.
Please are you hiring for HRBP? I live in Boston, have almost 9yrs experience and a masters degree. Thanks
In SD or SF, I would ask for nothing less than $125k - $130k base salary, especially with your 7 years of experience + Masters. Those two cities are the highest paid since the cost of living and state taxes.
Very interested to see feedback on this as I am in a similar situation.
Thank you all! I am currently in tech and these numbers are aligned with what I am making now so this definitely helps put things into perspective since it’ll be higher cost of living.

May I caution you against moving to California, if that’s an option? The cost of living, coupled with income taxes, makes it a state that is largely undesirable for anyone making less than $250,000/year. Your quality of life is likely to be far better elsewhere (economically speaking).
It depends on the industry and years of experience. I make $155k in SF with 11 years of experience and a masters.
