Personally I have one section per employer, and within that section: - General bullets on key achievements and responsibilities in role - Subsection titled something like “highlighted projects” with a generic description of client / project and then a bullet or two per project
That will allow you to showcase multiple experiences in an organised way, even if you haven’t switched companies or been promoted yet in a role.
I don’t know if this structure is best practice or anything, but it’s served me well over a few job switches in the last couple years.
The last 6 months was a secondment where my company sent me to work for the client. Basically handed additional resource at a premium. Not something in my control so to speak.

3 years with two companies and you’re looking to switch again? I would be cautious of even granting an interview.
