I just got an offer for Accenture’s consulting development program and am wondering if I should negotiate my initial offer as a new grad with little consulting experience. I got another offer for EY business transformation but it pays less.
How do I ask ACN for more money and should I mention my other offers?
Any advice is appreciated!

You probably should interview for other opportunities. I doubt you can get 15%+ raise without a promotion at your current job. Promotion would be more work, responsible and stress. While It’s hard to quantify good work life balance in term of financial benefit, you can’t ignore that as a perk for your current role.

Have your HR do a compensation review. They’ll compare your salary against your peers, market value, performance metrics, and determine where you are in the salary band.
I’d recommend also looking for other opportunities and getting offers to see your worth in the market now. You should also use your periodic reviews as an opportunity to showcase your added value overtime.
Thank you everyone for your feedback. I didn’t know about the HR compensation review so that is a path I will try. Also, looking for another opportunity is what I was thinking. I agree with a previous person that it is doubtful the employer would increase my salary that much.
