Lazard Hello I need some advice. Basically, I am a newbie to IB and I got a first phone interview for an IB Analyst position. It went great and I could feel it. They said there would a super-day. I would like to well prepare for this super day given my background is not finance. Where should I find appropriate materials to study? I may or may not be invited to a super day but I would rather be well prepared. Thanks!

I am surprised you were advised to get a Masters. IMHO, a few years into a tech career your education is largely ignored. The difference between a Bachelors and a Masters in terms of opportunity and salary is negligible.
If I were you, I would start taking on Research tasks at your job. Lead the user calls, own the contact list, organize and document your process, etc. Most of that can be done with on the job experience and having read some of the many books on the topic.
If you want to get a Masters, there are a number of "online" programs for Masters. I would look for one of those. (Not a diploma mill.) That said, I would still focus more on the on the job experience over the degree.
Umich has a masters that is respected in ux if you are from the USA
