I recently got selected in Amazon for L4 position in Bangalore location for the role HR Specialist US ..my recruiter said i can expect a CTC of 7.7lpa and my current CTC is 4.75lpa..he requested for my salary slips nd other things to give me the exact num..Please advise how much I can negotiate here .I am looking for more than 11-12lpa minimum .. i have total 4 Yoe and currently in Chennai but if they ask me to wfo i dont think the mentioned pay will be sufficient.
