Can someone please give me some insight on cvent vs appdynamics cisco. Both are giving similar fixed CTC of 29 on 5 YOE. I know appdynamics provide great learning opportunities but cvent is also good. I am from Chandigarh so Delhi is also mor near to my home.

YOE is 4 years, Current CTC is 7.5 lpa.I have the Role Offered= Banking domain business analyst

FIS 13lpa Variable Pay 1lpa,so fixed =11 LPA.

I just received a good offer to move from ID to PI. The only thing is the firms main offices are in other cities in my state. In order to bring me on, they offered to create my office at their current office space in my city (currently only used to meet clients) and hire a paralegal to be with me. This is obviously super accommodating. My question is what do you think about me working by myself? A great way to avoid toxic office BS or kind of lonely? WWYD?

Hi Guys, I joined LTI on March, I am RPA developer. they assigned me one project. But their is no feasible project. Manager is more irritating he is involving in documentation too. He himself not creating any documents he just order us to prepare. And also make us to extend the shift. I don't know what should I do? Can I change the project and what's process for that? Please suggest

I have given interview on oct 8 in LTI and got selected after that I got mail from HR on oct 10 to submit documents after a week on oct 19 i got a mail saying thank you for applying LTI you have cleared all stages after that no update it has been a week.. Do I need to complete 3 years in LTI to get band P2 or after joining and after 6-7 months in LTI is my band going to change to P2 or I need to work 3 years to get P2..?

HR called and informed that i have L2 round.. what they will ask in L2 round.. how to clear L2 round.. in first round they asked full basic concepts and configuration and now don't know what is the expectations in L2 round...
