Hello! I was offered a position at the middle of the posted salary range. I exceed every one of the requirements and all but one of the preferred qualifications. (I will have my Supervision designation in a few months.) Should I negotiate a higher salary now or when I obtain my new license? Would it be appropriate to accept the current salary under the terms that I receive an increase once I get that increased licensure status? Thank you!

Found out I’m 7-8 weeks pregnant. I’m on a high visibility project and my role is critical. I work with very senior execs and my due date is 2 months before go live. Should I make the project leadership aware and be transparent so that they can start planning and/or look for a backfill? (I just started the project a month back)

What do we think about these culture assessments? I don't understand how they get value from You have never wanted to "tell someone off" AGREE or DISAGREE or Would you rather Make Art or Go out to a social setting There has to be some kind of Jedi mind tricks right. I mean who would say I have never in my life wanted to tell someone off. Are they looking for honesty? Any HR people who can tell us what the "grades" look like? Do they need you to be in a range so they can consider hiring?

I’ve been interviewing at 2 companies & I got an offer today from 1 & I have an interview with the other on Friday. I think the 2nd company will have higher pay & it’s a better role. I want to keep both options open but I know that the 1st company is trying to get someone started quickly & I don’t want to lose the offer just in case the other falls through.
