I have got an offer with IBM but the HR is telling me to submit my PG Mumbai University final certificate (this is not provisional or marksheet they are talking about)The problem is I have only the provisional and marksheet of my PG.The HR wants an email from me mentioning that I will submit the required PG degree certificate within next 1 year after getting it from Mumbai University.Need your suggestions if I am not able to submit the certificate within 1 year will they termiNate my employment with IBM?
