Been 3 months since I joined Luxoft and I am assigned to a backward DXC project. The lead is oppressive and bossy. There is no work-life balance and 9:30 hours of work is not enough for them. My probation period is going to end soon. Should I inform my Luxoft manager and tell him to change my project right now ? Or shall I wait for him to end my probation period ?

Having an Interview this week, and don't know how high I should set my salary expectations. I currently earn 24k/annum base + comission. I am getting an industry offer for 34 LPA which I feel is huge considering my experience and role also seems good. My only confusion is that I feel if I stay in Deloitte for 1-2 more years, I might be able to switch to MBB or Kearney. I always wanted to try the client site lifestyle and might get better exit opportunities after that. What should I do? Thank you.

Partnership deal - is this a good deal?
I’m working on building a start-up. This requires an app and a website. A friend of mine has a web development company who can do the job for me very well and efficiently. He really likes my project and offered a partnership: i pay him $30k and he gets 20% equity.

Received an offer from a startup today, the salary they are offering me is 30% below my current salary - offered them my range during the interview but they stuck to their initial salary when they sent me the offer. No 401k, no WFH, but they have unlimited PTO. They are also offering me 10k shares of common stock (25% vested 1 year after the date vesting begins and the remaining on a monthly basis over the next 3 years).
