Anyone ever felt as if your hard work would finally be noticed if you were no longer alive and someone really had to see how much good you tried your best to do?

Can i take leaves during my notice period, do they adjust the last day of working by using anual leaves, or they pay for the leaves?
Have around 30 annual leave and 12 personal leave.
Okay, so I reached out to two headhunters from the same firm and same city by mistake. They both answered, asked to send my CV and one even mentioned a certain position she has. I know it was dumb to contact both of them in the first place, but what should I do now?

I am a new attorney (one year being barred) and I have no confidence when it comes to taking deposition, mainly because English is not my first language. I was taking a deposition last week and the Corp was kind of making fun of me especially when he asked me “what I am asking is a request or demand” and again “what I am asking is a question or an order” I was stunned and didn’t know what to say!
I just need advise from all experienced attorneys how can I improve my deposition taking skills?
Currently an experienced manager at PwC with an IT audit / IT risk consulting background. My Google profile has been referred - but I can't seem to get that first round interview. Had my resume professionally reviewed - not sure what else to do - any tips?
Can anyone help me with the laptop configuration/brand which I should buy for working remotely. I will be joining GS next month and they told i won't get any laptop here.
What’s the best way for experienced professionals to cross over in consulting? I have 15 years experience in supply chain management from demand planning to sourcing (excluding warehousing) and 12 years military leadership plus 8 years corporate leadership experience. I’d like to move to management consulting or strategic supply chain consulting. Any tips on a good way to do that?
Based on your experiences in the industry, what values more or is there much of a difference between getting CS degree or doing one of the boot camps out there right now?
Any reference for QA manual and automation for 8+ for pune location. Please reffer me.

I am a consultant on human potential and success, but basically in stocks/binary trades this is mainly why I'm here making connections. Also I am open to find out is there anything we could support each other with. Do you have any experience about binary/stocks trades before?

Do you think we should pursue promotions harder since we're statistically in fewer leadership roles? Or is it more strategic to wait for your work to speak for itself?
I'm the only woman on my team in the lab, and all my male colleagues told me today they just assumed I would handle getting our boss's Christmas gift and card together. They thought once I had everything they could just sign the card, and that would be it. What's the best way to explain that this isn't cool without coming off naggy? If we drew sticks or something I'd be fine, but this feels lowkey sexist. Thoughts?
Apologies if this topic has already been discussed, but it seems my search bar is not working.
I have 7 years of experience working with big pharma companies. I am used to communicating nicely, politely, respectfully. The same way I want to be treated. No issues. But I recently had some feedback that I might be too nice and I should be more professional with my coworkers, especially my manager. I already get anxious and overthink every email and chat. Should I work on this?
I’m getting a new boss and I get to interview them. What kind of questions should I prioritize?
How would you describe your experience (so far) working as a woman in STEM? What do you see as your biggest goals, and how will you achieve them?
Can anyone help me?
I’m 25 and have an array of experience within environmental science. I mostly enjoy being a field employee but recognize the pay is not always great. My current position is bureaucratic and technically oriented which is great for skills but not for growth. I know I have more to offer and want to expand into different areas of STEM. Any suggestions or recommendations would help, I’m open to anything!
For CRAs (or any traveling position) out there, is it possible to be a new mom and CRA in the same time?
Help needed hahah... I am trying to complete 10 or so TO DO general items that I can put in every project/program tracker to start. For example Stakeholder kick off meeting Can you share some of the general items you see in you project/program planning trak? Back story I started new job at a pretty big corporation but when they said there's no organization they were not exaggerating. currently I need to create plans/trackers for multiple projects/programs, teach teams how to use etc...
I'm currently looking for a new job, and it's looking like I'm going to start around beginning of December. I also get married in March, and I'm going to take my fiancé's last name. I was wondering if I should ask HR if I could start out using my married name. I'm worried that people will just start to learn who I am about 3-4 months in only for my name to change! It could potentially be confusing.
Anyone have any thoughts on this? Or am I just overthinking it?
Is it a red flag as a candidate to ask if a company offers maternity leave? I was recently laid off, so I wasn't expecting to lose my job. We're planning on trying for a baby in the next year or so, so it's really important to me that my next job offers paid maternity leave.
The issue is that it's so rarely advertised on company web sites, but ultimately better maternity leave would sway my decision for a job. Is there a way to ask this tactfully? Or without raising red flags?
Am I destined to be the old cat lady that Republicans make women in stem out to be? At this point I feel like I'll never meet anyone. Alone for new years eve AGAIN this year...how do I survive being single with a highly fulfilling career and....little else?
Just read about that woman who did Wikipedia bios for a bunch of women in STEM and minorities in STEM who no one had bothered to write about yet. Such a great idea honestly especially to encourage or demonstrate to younger women that it's possible. For women in any branch of STEM, do you feel like women get the same accolades and media opportunities as men?
Looking for a remote/hybrid/onsite (Calgary,Alberta) job for my boyfriend who got almost 5 years of experience in proposal writing, RFP, RFI and bid management for a civil engineering firm. He also got an MBA, non drinker, non smoker, clean driving abstract and very polite. He gave out tons of cv in indeed job posters for the past 5 months, ends up becoming the filler candidate, took a huge toll in his mental health and we are going through some very rough patches. Can anyone please kindly help?
What made you choose and stick with STEM? Was there anything that discouraged you from pursuing a career in STEM?
We had an important project stakeholders meeting for which I prepared a presentation, delivered the presentation and answered some difficult questions in the Q&A. I ensured a few of the stakeholders that I'd follow up with some interesting links.
I prepared an email to follow up which was a collation of links, white papers in attachment etc which took the morning to put together. My colleague, who is a male who had initially set up the meeting and chaired it was to send the minutes after. (1)

Just focus on your skills and how to enhance or develop them. You can also start building your network as early as now, join groups and organizations because it will help you someday finding potential employers.
Did you do any internships? Also consider joining technical groups if you haven’t, a lot of those groups have conferences that connect you with major companies. I was a member of NSBE and SWE for example in college and they had amazing conferences for recruiting. Even after college I ended up going to their conferences to recruit as well with my company
