Anybody have insight into ballpark salary range for Director level pay at Microsoft in a non-engineering role? I understand there’s probably varying degrees based upon org/function, as well as location. Just assuming Remote work, what would salary/bonus/stocks look like? Or just TC in general?
I think anything other than your basic education is advantageous. I assume you are aiming for a UI based role so it shows you know enough to get in. But I would like to suggest one backend language with databases(sql or nosql) is always good to have so you can target fullstack roles as well. Lastly these day’s showing of your cloud understanding also helps.

Well the bottom line is pretty much: do you know your shit and can you work well in a team?
Your bootcamp certification doesn't mean much until you're able to show that you somewhat know what you're doing and can learn on the job to become better.
You need decent programming skills and some good soft/team skills for a company to take a chance on you especially with a Bootcamp certificate.
