I don't think it's outlandish personally. I always think it's better to ask for more and negotiate down to something you're both comfortable with. The worst they can say is no, and then you go lower. Or they say yes! Take the leap.

Is this Offer good for ACN Senior Manager? Area DFW in SAP Technology.
210 Base 40K Joining Bonus and 40K RSU
9 to 11% Bonus.
Not much changes from my current base. Tried to negotiate but ACN is not willing to change base. They added 10K in RSU and Joining to make 40 each.
