So I’m about to start my interview process for Capital One next week for a Senior Financial Analyst position. My recruiter going give me a prep call on Friday but I wanted any advice that recruiters don’t tell you during the interview process. Also I wanted to ask if Capital One a decent place to work at. I will be working at the one in McLean Virginia if that helps.

If you're learning how to build models and decks and present them, you won't gain much as a junior consultant.
If you're learning how to structure the work, manage stakeholders, and get needed buy-in up and down the hierarchy, then you won't gain much as a manager-level consultant.
If you're paid well and don't dislike the work, I see no reason to jump.

What do you mean backoffice tasks?
Sounds like transitioning from your role to product or program management shouldn't be too difficult. Do good work, impress people (some networking may be required) and ask for it.
Go get yours.
