Hello! I’m currently in Talent Acquisition Operations, and although I do love Operations and all things related to process/efficiency, I really want to pivot away from Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. After some research and initial soul searching, I have started the Google UX Design Certification… but I’m wondering if anyone has any other recommendations of careers that might blend my love of process improvement with the opportunity to be creative? Thanks!

Will definitely look into this! Thank you!

Can you share why you are looking to pivot away from talent? I’ve been considering the move into talent ops so curious as to your drivers?

That would be awesome if you could share! I’ve been on TA upward of 10 years and feel like ops is a pivot to hopefully doing something outside of talent down the road as well.

Looking for advice on where to head next. Now I'm mostly working with Azure Databricks, SQL, and a little bit of Ansible CI/CD.
After 12 months I can influence where my next role is and I'm wondering what is the best career direction.
The next role can include
C#,
APIs,
React,
DevOps / Ansible,
Or more Azure Synapse & Databricks
Which of these languages / technologies is good for my future in tech? Or does it matter?

Hello all
I am a biology graduate. I worked in cancer research and development for more than two years. Recently moved to Canada, and now I'm wanting to transition into clinical research.
Most jobs I find online ask for atleast 2 years clinical experience.
Does anyone have any tips on how to procure this experience? Should I invest in a course? Or should I volunteer at a CRO?
I recently got offered a clinical admin position, would this count as clinical exp?
Thanks

I’m trying to figure out an easy framework to explain it. What are some specific nuances of our selling that I’m missing:

1. Practice: Function vs. industry vs. Account

2. Pipeline: BD to find opps vs. RFPs

3. People: MDs/Partners are the “sellers” but analysts, managers, and SMs do a lot of the heavy lifting
