Hello!! I'm looking for a recommendation for a courier service that knows their way around the Miami-Dade County courthouse at 73 W. Flagler St, Miami. We are a business located in Seattle and need to pick up and record a certified judgment to obtain a lien. Even though this is a time sensitive matter, it's also sensitive in general, so looking for someone reliable. Thanks!

Biggest pet peeve in the office? I’ll go first. I’m really sensitive to scents so I hate when people eat lunch at their desk. It’s even worse if I’m a new employee, cuz it’s like, are you on lunch or are you working?? Can I ask you a question or not? I always take my lunches away from my desk and other people who didn’t volunteer to smell it. Anyway though. What bugs you?

I am looking to leave my employer and found a few roles that will allow me to build my team. I wanted tap this group to see if there was any insight to non-poaching agreements. Looking back at my contract there is no clause that states anything about it. I’ve been at this company for 7 years when the HR department was still small so it was later added. This is in New York. What are the risks and challenges? Anything I should be aware of?

How do you get out of a funk? For the last couple of weeks I’ve not really cared about work. I’m a 2nd year doing insurance defense, mostly PI. My hours are low and I don’t care. I couldn’t care less about doing more doc review. My current cases and clients seriously suck (clients don’t care why should I). I swear I get the worst assignments. All that and more, but I know I need to get over myself and get into a new rhythm/routine. Is this regular and what do you do to get out of it?
