I set up my boss to take on a client that I planned to steal from her. She thought she was using me but I was using her. When she asked me to prepare statements of work, I drafted it with my resume in mind. When she asked me to set pricing, I priced it at my desired salary. When she pawned the work off to me, I nonchalantly took point. Then slowly and surely, I made myself indispensable to the client. I got an offer at Infosys, but in offer letter they have mentioned to join the company in one and half month, but my notice period is 3 months, I have dropped an email to HR saying same and he agreed the 3 months notice period and will sent the revised salary in next month, can I assure that HR will send revised offer letter on next month??, In btw he told me to accept the offer letter for now and I did it.

Hello! I was just offered a job, but the salary is significantly lower than the range I asked for and when I asked to negotiate they said, we can’t go any higher. Should I walk?

The range I gave was 80-85k/ annually and they said oh that should work, the range for this role is $35-$42/hr - but then they came back and offered me $35/hr.

The main draw to the role at this point is the name of the company. But not sure it’s worth leaving my current role.
