How do you all feel about the two week notice? Do you try to give longer? Shorter? I feel like in our field there is never a good time to leave or enough of a notice. Hi Folks, Just want to share the worst hiring experience i faced while interviewing for Test Lead position for infosys. I cleared all the rounds, post that shared the documents for BGC. Before the process initiation i pre informed them about my cctc, ectc and offer amount inhand. Inspite of all that after waiting for 15days i got a cl from h.r team, they literally got nerve to offer me the amount which is 1.5L less than my cctc. Extreme wastage of bandwidth of the interviewee, Beware

Anyone else good at their job but bad at interviews? Confused because I consistently get rated gold standard, early promo, well liked by teams, but I’ve failed interviews with 20 companies, hit 6 final rounds in the past three months and didn’t get any of the positions. As an interviewer, I find it very awkward when an interviewee has on a button-up with a tie and jacket. Heck, even just a button-up. Why do you wear that at home? Put your polo on, relax a little, and don't sit their like a stiff in your apartment bedroom with a fake background.
