How do you get your client to hire you? I know technically they aren't supposed to poach you... But if they're looking for someone to fill a role you're super qualified for and willing to double your salary... I just switched jobs and took on a PM role in a profile I really wanted. I'm planning to again start job hunting as the there's a big expectation mismatch compared to the reality (project instead of product management).
If i am "open to work" on LinkedIn, but only for the recruiters, does LinkedIn reset the "since" date to 0? Or will it calculate my "open to work" from the previous time (was also only "open to work" for recruiters back then)?

My family knows that I am appearing for interviews regularly and attending calls from multiple HR's frequently. Appeared for around 25interviews, failed in all of them. In some the requirement did not match, in some I could not perform well.
I have been a top performer at my current org, but after failing so much I feel low now.
My family is my strength,but deep down I am feeling are they starting to think that I am a waste at my work.Don't know if this is becoming painful inside me.
