Hi, I'm an almost fresher(btech, joined pwc this August.) I am decent with python, js and sql. Here I am getting trained at SAP.
I was aiming for Barclays as my next company when I plan to switch.
Can anyone give me some insights as what kinda roles I should try for, and some info regarding the interview process will also be helpful.

Any recruiters in the Charlotte area?
What do you like about working in tech ?
Are there any recruiters from IBM who have information on their apprenticeship program (Soft Eng)? I have applied and my application is under review. How much knowledge/skill set does one actually need to get into the new collar program? From what I have gathered online, it's kind of a mixed bag and can take a long time to onboard someone. I am self taught, know the basics of two languages and have some small projects to show. Just wondering if there is anyone that has been through this process.

push through! i promise it’s worth it, took me about a year to find the right new job with offers I turned down along the way. Don’t forget to take breaks when needed and remember your goals! Something I found is what I thought i was looking for at the beginning of my search wasn’t actually what would have made me happy, so the longer search was helpful.
Are you employed currently? If so take a break for a couple of weeks, reflect on the interviews you’ve had and then get back to it. I would be happy to help you.
Strongly agree on taking a break if you are able. Assess why you are turning down offers or not getting an offer??
Was it the role? The company? The team? Salary?
I was in a similar situation and realized I needed to do much more research on the company rather than just the specific team/roll.
I’d definitely try to utilize connections that you may have or try to organically build connections on Linkedin! As someone who is aware that inbound applications often get overlooked, it can definitely be draining to have the process take much longer than it needs to be! You got this!
