An Accenture recruiter just reached out via LinkedIn to discuss a Salesforce Functional Lead role they are trying to fill. He said the comp budget is up to 240k, which seems really high for this type of role. Wondering if anyone at Accenture has insight on if this is realistic, or if this guy might just be throwing a high number to get me to apply.

You hired an intern in law school, trained him mentored him. Work product was great. Gave him a full time offer and he was working full time for 3 months. Set to go back in the office. E.g. if it is X then will they give X or 50% of X. Q2) Is this offer as per TCS standard?
