Hi all, really need help here:
I just switched jobs and took on a PM role in a profile I really wanted. I'm planning to again start job hunting as the there's a big expectation mismatch compared to the reality (project instead of product management).
If i am "open to work" on LinkedIn, but only for the recruiters, does LinkedIn reset the "since" date to 0? Or will it calculate my "open to work" from the previous time (was also only "open to work" for recruiters back then)?

Hi all! I just started at my company as a BA I in July. We have performance reviews starting in Jan. and I want to negotiate a pay increase. Since I started, I’ve been placed on 3 different projects and have been willing to help with anything that needs to get done. However there hasn’t been any work for me to do. I have asked almost daily for work and either no one has anything to send me or they don’t have the time to show me how to do it so I haven’t had any work to show. Should I negotiate?

I booked flights with Chase points and cash. Airline cancelled the flights. Chase isn’t refunding my points. They are “waiting to see if the airline will refund us”. I’ve stated multiple times that I am entitled to a full refund as airline cancelled and their “waiting” isn’t appropriate as my original form of payment was cash and Chase points. Anyone have any luck getting a refund? I know I am legally required to get one.

Hello all, just wanted to give back to the community since y’all helped me get my offer. Please believe me when I say that PEI is extremely important. I made multiple quant mistakes. I think what saved me was my PEI. Pick the stories that resonate with you the most because how genuine and passionate you are about your stories will show during the interview. That’s my take (I’ve also conducted interviews for my company and am just speaking from my POV). Feel free to reach out with any questions!
