Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.
Hi fishes, I have offers from UKG and Snap on Business solutions. Ukg is offering _16.8 CTC and Snap on is ready to give - 18 Which organization should i join? I am more inclined towards UKG as it is a product based and wlb seems better.

Many people are saying you're overpaid, but that's not the reason. I'm sure your manager or your senior manager does not know how much you get paid. When they give rating, they give it on the basis of your performance and not your salary. So I'd say it's time to introspect what value addition you have done and what you can do to improve your performance. If you can prove yourself in the coming months, and I don't mean show them a miracle - just show an improvement, then you will be safe.
My manager knows all teammates salary. And he was comparing me with others colleagues who are having less salary as compared to me. Saying you are output should be double.
He has clearly told me that he will put into pip maybe next week. So I am planning to resign today.
35 LPA for 6 YOE... Java... Woooooo.... No wonder they put you on PIP.... I guess they think you are overpaid
This generally happens if you sit on higher compensation than ur equivalent peers.
Firstly aim to get a job near to the same compensation you are getting around 35.

Pip is first nail in your coffin. Get out.
How come
You were simply overpaid for your YoE. This should not come as surprise. If you are paid that much then you should be doing manager/senior manager kind of role.
Anyways getting out is recommended and try to find job by lowering your ECTC. Market is going to be more stressful in coming months

When companies want you out they put you in PIP. You will be given excessive workload and someone will closely monitor your progress. It's generally the first step towards firing you legally.

yeah...we work in India ..not in US or Europe😇... so this are general firing tactics used in indian companies..

current company? seems you are getting exceptionally high salary for your YOE which would be the concern for you even in future .
now in such market conditions if u try switching ,Service based MNCs would never afford such salaries.
Joining small scale or mid scale would again create same issue for you
You can resign and look for other companies
