Everything seemed reasonable until I saw your salary. Yeah, your team is too small at that pay level. You deserve a raise, a covid bonus, and/or another team member imo. What's the total practice size, number of employees-wise?

1 provider 1 NP 1 MA, 1 secretary and myself

They are totally shortchanging you. Although, it depends on where you are. If you’re in a small city, then that may be viewed as a lot. If you’re in a larger city, I would start looking elsewhere. Also, have you considering having your billing outsourced? May save you time and headache

The only time an unlimited PTO is truly for the benefit of the employee’s work life balance is when the policy includes “minimum” PTO. Otherwise, it is only for the benefit of the employer.

Advice needed! How long should you stay at a B4 to get manager level offers/compensation? For those that did, was it worth it? I’ve been a senior for almost 2 years and up for promotion to manager after I complete 1 more year as a senior. Career outlook wise, I’m debating if I should stay till I have atleast 1 year of manager experience before leaving or pursue jumping to a private firm in a senior role and aim to get promoted to manager there.
