Can I negotiate the ctc after the offer release
I still didn’t accept

Wondering what people think of the career upside of getting into fintech acct mgmt. Currently on 180 TC (all cash) in nyc as a c-suite recruiter (6 yoe) but feeling a bit burnt out on it. Pre ipo fintech company offering 160 TC with some equity. Interested in a transition but not sure what the long term career upside is for a saas account manager for one of these types of firms? Doesn’t seem like a massively high ceiling given the step back on cash?

It's a smaller company and I believe they are willing to pay to grow my talent as I've already done very well with deliverables and all metrics thrown my way.

My questions is how much do I ask for at the Tier 3 promotion? Since they divided the Tier 2 promo into two smaller rasies, I've landed at 55K. I want to ask for an appropriate amount.

If I earn 35LPA in india with 7 yrs of experience as a senior react developer, how much would I be earning i n Malaysia keeping Malaysian cost of living in mind?

In mid of the interview another manager joined over zoom and he was in hurry to join some meeting, asked 2-3 questions and then he left...in the end interviewer said that If he want to take another round with him else will go HR session ...is it a positive sign?

Hi All, Recently I got an offer with almost 200% hike and company is telling me to join by 28th November. I have put down my paper on 11th October and it comes to only 46 days of Notice period. Rest 12 days I am not serving notice. But my manager is like December 9 is the last working day and they will not do buyout. In my offer letter its mentioned "The company is entitled to either waive the notice period in part or in full at its sole discretion or require payment of equivalent base salary
