Is the MBB Sponsored MBA worth it?
Hi I’m going to be working full-time at an MBB soon and have been thinking about pursuing an MBA in ~3 years. If I can continue receiving promotions, is the opportunity cost worth it? Is it better to leave MBB after those 2-3 into an industry role? Also, is it too ambitious to say I want to earn $1MM/YR? Would exiting to industry be a faster way to do it than consulting? Thanks

Hi PwC 🐠, I’m a recent grad/early in my career exploring Consulting opportunities. I currently work for a research and advisory arm of a Fortune 5 company (Fishbowl app won’t change my username to my work email), and my role is heavily client facing. I’ve always been interested in Consulting. I recently applied and joined the recruitment process, and now have an Ace the Case workshop in the coming days. What should I expect? TYIA!
Hello fishes. I am new to Fishbowl so hopefully I’m doing this right. I am finishing my degree in Computer Engineering and just had an initial interview with Accenture for their Technology Development Program. I am overall very excited, despite some of the opinions I’ve seen. My question is, what certifications or courses do you recommend me pursuing in anticipation of receiving an offer or just in general to continue building my resume? (& where to obtain). TIA!
Your trying to get into HR right as we begin the two horse decent of “are we in a recession” where companies mass pay off their HR departments for two years then after it’s all done the FED goes “yes now we are in a recession” to which the market goes ape shit and two years later you now can get a job in HR.
Yeah your focus is quite specific, which means less positions available for related roles. You might need to spend some time in more general HR roles and working your way up within an organization. It's a tough time to be a recent grad looking for work.
General HR roles such as what?
