I’m a Director level Account Executive with TC of $250k (Base 160k, Bonus, Commission and Stock $90k per year) and 15+ years of experience (4 in industry and role). As a top performer and I’ve asked for raise to $210 base. Is this reasonable? It’s hard to find data points for this role on Glassdoor or elsewhere.
