I recently joined Nagarro and got confirmed in project but got rejected in 3rd round of client interview so they released me after a week. Does it mean I was on project or i was on bench?

I've heard they fire people on bench after two months.

I had a preliminary phone screening with a recruiter who asked my salary range. I tried to ask for their budget because i didn’t have the full position details, but they didn’t provide and asked again the range I was hoping for. I did end up responding, and secured an interview within the next couple of weeks. If all goes well will there be room for negotiations if I get an offer?

I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.

Designers, have you ever been in a position where you’re pretty much taking the lead on all aspects of the project? I.e writing project briefs, putting together workshops with client, and on top of that you’re the one actually working the outcome of the project? I’m feeling so overwhelmed with a new project that came in and I feel like I’m pretty much the only one doing the work. And on top of that my salary doesn’t reflect the work that I’m doing.

Yesterday i got a mail from lti that i have cleared all the round and will be informed for next steps. I asked the hr and she told me that the approval of my offer in in process. Do you take the current economy into consideration when receiving job offers? For example you receive a good offer from a company like Meta/TikTok but are hesitant because they could be laying off soon or rescind an offer versus a lower offer at a more traditional and stable company that tends to be less reactionary with regards to layoffs? Not my current scenario but just curious. I would like to make a move from current employer but this economy has me spooked.
