Need information on the maternity leave procedure in Accenture. I have raised for the LOA with proper reason and it has been approved by my supervisor. But I dont see the case manager as assigned yet. Is it mandatory that the case manager shud be assigned. How to follow up?

Is there an average % of my salary I should be investing per month/year? Currently max out my 401k, Roth and HSA. Finance lawyers, I’m a mid level suffering from imposter syndrome. Accenture is offering me 9.2 (fixed) + 21% Variable for Level 11 (Application Development Analyst) Tried to negotiate as much as I could. I was expecting atleast 11 LPA as fixed.

Experience: 5.5 Years
Notice: 60 Days
Current CTC: 7 LPA (including 6% Variable)

This is my first offer. I am in two minds to take a decision.

1. Accept and look for other jobs within 60 days
2. Just wait for some more good offers before resigning.
