Hello! It seems this bowl is not very active but I'd like it to be. So here's my story: Born & raised in PR, moved to CA for undergrad & have been here since then. I graduated from law school in 2019, followed by a 2 yr bk clerkship. I did the evening program. I really enjoyed law school, in spite of the microaggressions, the late nights, & crazy competition. Love all things diversity in the law. Anyway, currently looking for a position in NYC/DC area. đ¤
Spent $80 on the books and $15 on the simulation booklet- looking to sell for $50 altogether or best price. Happy to meet up throughout the city- if youâre EY we can meet at 5x2. Please contact GMATresourcesNYC@gmail.com if you are interested. Thanks!
Do you firmly believe that the prior years reviews were necessary
I agree with the conventional wisdom that the GMAT is truly a test of pattern recognition. In my experience the best way to develop that recognition was to do a ton of practice problems, keeping an error log and reviewing all incorrect questions. In this way you can understand all of the question patterns and learn how to avoid the traps the test likes to set.
So maybe not necessary but they definitely helped me get to my score and Iâd say well worth the $
Agreed on the pattern recognition. Got a similar score as well after taking it a couple times and studying for it for about 6 mo
