Please provide your views and suggest possible options to get into academics again.

Any advice on transitioning from a social media role to a copywriter role? I’m looking to make the switch by next year. I was thinking along the lines of creating a portfolio of mock ads I’d write copy for but welcome any and all advice.

Which countries might be best for long-term consideration? How does working there differ (besides the hours and hierarchies)? For those who have done it before, was it worth it? I'm currently an ops manager at a big 4 in London and received an offer from a small boutique firm with 25-30% pay rise.

I'm also in the process with Accenture but I feel like I'm not sure if I'd jump just for the money but also change in environment.
