Really frustrated with working methodologies... I know they interview so many people but at least sharing feedback over mail won't be that much difficult, right? In my current company stuck in a project where there's no learning scope, no growth and work culture is toxic. Now I'm only going through Trailhead, YouTube playlist videos and practicing hands on in my free personal org. Are these enough to crack interviews or not? I don't have real-time project experience.

The initial posted salary range was 130-140 (though they made multiple postings through the recruiting company with multiple lower ranges) and I was asked if I’m okay with this given they pay equity too, I said I’d consider and targeting more like 150.
