Looking for some info on the salary range for Deloitte SERVICES Managing Directors.

Does anyone know what a typical marketing/IR salary for a middle market PE fund is?

23F about 2YOE out of college, HCOL city in the US & would be joining a smaller group of about 40-70 people. Having a tough time trying to find out comprable salaries given I’d be wearing multiple hats

Does an MBA make sense for me? Making 150k tc, 25yo, wouldn't be trying to switch industries, would have to go into debt to pay for it. The only real benefits I would get is maybe an increase in salary and a network.
