I have received offer from Shell and SAP labs is in final stage salary discussion. Shell is offering 6 lacs more than @SAP labs. I have tried to negotiate a lot from SAP but they are not ready. They are putting conditions like give your full commitment to join then only we'll release offer letter. I am currently looking for work life balance with growth. Should I join @SAP considering its good WLB and learning? or Shell can alsoprovide good WLB. Teck Stack - Java/Micro-services/cloud YOE - 11yrs

Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

I have received offer document from the recruiter Thoughtworks . I have accepted through mail. Though in mail it is written that "please treat this as official offer from Thoughtworks , I am yet to received the signed offer letter. It is about 5 days I have received the mail. When I can expect the signed offer letter.

yes they will not pay. In most companies , you should not be serving notice period in order to receive any bonus in that month
Its not regarding yearly bonus . Its quartely bonus which conpany pays in next quarter.
This is a kind of big scam which companies are doing .
On an average Rs 30k / per employee company is taking .
For big companies where 50-60k people leaving they are not paying to the employees which is part of there CTC.
Rough estimte of amount wiuld be 30k * 50k = 150 crore/ quarter .
Now i got to know how these companies are running in profit.
