I am having 15 years of experience and in quite good with Agile Project Management, End to end delivery, stakeholder, people management, process improvement! Does anyone have any idea about the company WhaleCloud Technologies Pvt Ltd. I recently interviewed and got an offer from them regarding Java Developer role. I am not able to see any reviews or anything online.

For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help. I got the CAPM (certified associate of project management) in December, but that hasn’t really changed things. Would love some opinions before working on another certification!

I'm hiring and I've just learned that my HR department is screening candidates by asking them about very specific functions and frameworks.

"Can you describe your experience using Element#remove()?"

"Can you describe your experience migrating from X framework to Y framework?"

We don't use Y framework and have no plans to use Y framework in the foreseeable future. I also don't expect candidates to have all functions memorized. How on Earth did they find out about Y framework!? 🙄🫣

Any advice on how to pick the best company for me when offered a position from more than 1 company? I've been interviewing extensively with 4 companies, and I believe 2 are getting ready to send offers. If I receive more than 1 offer - how do I choose? I compared benefits, pros/cons, compared them on Glassdoor, questioned them about growth opportunities, asked about their culture.....anything I am missing? Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

Good morning friends, I’m currently working in a clinical healthcare role but want to transition into change mgmt (healthcare). How could I bolt onto a change mgmt engagement as an assistant or facilitator? Really looking for a way to turn around a toxic building culture with staff to staff bullying, cliques/social isolation, hard feelings on big topics (racism, non acceptance of gender identity). Last year the staff polarized with the lead bully whom I helped leave. And the lead gossip (who was my secretary) that gained their sympathy and turned them against me. She also left. Now I need to regain trust and eliminate unacceptable teacher behaviors. Open to any and all advice.

My role was just eliminated, and I need to replace it quickly. I have a solid lead on a new job but based on the job description I think it’s gonna be a lot less than I was making. I’ve seen people on one of the bowls mention working 2 full time jobs, like in different time zones or countries. Does anyone have any concrete advice on how to start that process?
