I got an offer with a standard chartered Bank after i rejoined cognizant. Pay is the same but SCB offers me an association manager.

The thing is I just joined cognizant 15 days back for the same project with the same roles and responsibilities.

In cognizant night Shift i don't like it.
In a standard chartered day shift.

If I resign I would have a problem in future on bgv? Because my previous experience 1 year with cognizant.

Hello, I've been a Recruiter for 12 years and my current employer was bought by another Recruiting firm. I don't like the new firms structure and the health benefits are very very expensive. Is there any tips on how to adjust my resume to be more attractive for corporate recruiting roles? My manager wants to have 30 minute calls on video each morning… to me, it’s excessive and we really aren’t talking about anything . It seems like a once a week call really. I had submitted my resignation a few days ago. It’s been an emotional few days sharing the news with the different teams that I work with. Everyone seems upset and I feel like I’m leaving my family, but the other job has better benefits/pay.

Has anyone else had this feeling? Leaving a company/people that you’re so close with for the unknown at a new position? Not sure if the feeling of guilt/emotions will pass once I officially leave.

I was offered a promotion but due to internal policies the max comp they could offer was way under market value. I countered and was denied. I took time to think about it, being disappointed I applied for other jobs. Monday came and I decided to accept the offer. A week before starting my new position I got a call for one of the jobs I applied for. I am now going through to the last round of interviews the same week I start my new position. Would it be bad practice to accept another offer now?

Can anyone recommend a good certification for recruiting/TA? I have about 5 years of experience and I’m looking to continue developing my skills.
