175k base and 0.112% equity
OR
180k base and 0.096%
OR
185k base and 0.079%

Want to try PM and I’m excited. Which would you take?

TC now is 190k base and some pre-ipo stocks as a BI Manager. Current company is expecting IPO in ~June (not vested any yet because I joined in October 2021). I want to take the middle offer but maybe I should go big and get more Series A equity? Thnx

Has anybody made the switch from strategy to account late in their career? I’m 15 years in and having nightmares about another 40 years of making decks nobody cares about.

1st year associate (NY) thinking about lateraling into a large insurance defense firm from Municipal work/L&E, pay jump 75 to 125 and hybrid as opposed to fully in office. Basically is the pay jump/hybrid worth giving up current practice area to ID? If it turns out I hate ID, thoughts on leveraging the litigation experience and substantive knowledge of L&E to then lateral again within 2 years?

Does the Trump immigration ban also affect visas already in place? I.e will my existing L1 visa be cancelled as well?
