I have been working for a Jaipur based Digital Marketing Agency for 2.5 years now. Overall I have 5 YoE in the industry.

I tired to switch the company for Growth & Learning, Got 60k + WFH offer. My current company matched the offer (60k + WFH). The company helped me a lot in my bad times (Covid, Mom's illness, my operation etc).
Can I think of switching the company after 6 months and expect 90k-100 from the next company?

I am a Senior Account Manager managing large commercial P&C accounts. In your opinion, what destination (CPCU, ARM, etc) would be most helpful from a day-to-day knowledge standpoint? I want to gain additional knowledge but feel like I’m at a standstill. My bosses are willing to pay for it.

1. I have posted X(<10L) as expected CTC in the form before Final tech round. I finished final round. So,HR will call and ask me what is your expectations. Can I change my expectations to >10L, because I feel I deserve more,and company is paying that for others as well.

2. What reason can I give to HR for the above problem, IF she asks why?

My employer has a sponsorship program that the CFA qualifies for. They sponsor 100% but only after 6 months of full-time permanent employment; thus I will qualify in may 2023 (I just started). Should I wait for may for them to pay, or pay the initial costs myself to avoid delaying my career longer? I'm 26 & 1/4th and just graduated college. Hello guys, I have got an offer on contract basis for Qatar location from one of the MNCs in Pune. I am a software professional with around 7.3 years of IT experience. But they will be offering me Max 14k Qatari riyal per month. So, will it worth going there if i have to manage accomodation,food and transport on my own. Please can suggest me something about it, it's a contract based offer for 6 months extendable. Will it be a good idea to go to Qatar with this much of salary? Thanks in advance!
