I am currently looking for Teamcenter admin job, let me know if there is any opportunity. I have 9 years of experience.

I'm 30 and have spent most of my life studying and working hard for the career I have now. I am where I wanted to be at my age, but why don't I feel purpose or fulfillment? I try to appreciate the small things on a daily basis and remind myself how lucky I am to be in my position. I just can't over this small voice in my head that's saying there has to be more to life than this. Anyone else feeling the same?

How did you all deal with failure in your career. I was ambitious and smart. I was in IBM and considered to be one of the best of my class. I was fired and haven’t really found my way.

I don’t know what to do anymore. 3 years after the fact, I am still at an entry level position. I hate myself for letting things get this bad but I don’t know how to get out of this perpetual cycle. I tried working my ass off but have not been able to shake off that unfortunate past.

I accepted offer letter for 9 LPA (8.5 Fixed) from one of a reputed firm. Recently I came to know that for the same position with same skillet and experience of mine, the avg CTC is 12 to 13 LPA. In last few months, I've seen many people joining Salesforce as success engineer.
They're offering a lot more than other companies to folks who are switching for the first time or are relatively new to the field.

Is it worth it to take up a support role in Salesforce since it pays well, or does this have long term implications on the career since you'd want to move to development eventually?
