2. 10+2 with commerce
3. graduation and MBA with Finance
4. ISTQB Certified.
4. Started career with a bank, after 5 years I moved to Manual testing.
5. Total 7+ years of experience with 7-8 types of Loans with Indian+ UAE banks.
6. Managed 2 manual testing projects independently with 5 team members and 1 is on.
7. Working as Senior Tester at 8Lpa.

Is Facebook lowballing on positions lately? On a screening call they quoted a very low salary for a PM position, and when I told them it’s less than I make now they said that they scope it based on YO relevant E and cannot negotiate.

Will my manager get into trouble if other team members find out he wrote my letter of recommendation?

Do Barclays' Talent Acquisition folks ask for the full standing offer document, or sharing is the table enough?
I feel sharing the full doc is a disproportionate overkill; and, unfair to the issuer organization. Not to mention, a privacy concern what with the designation being disclosed, if the I do end up joining that place.

Will Barclays HR reject yearly hike or bonus by saying below dialogue?
"you are already having good package(CTC) as per your experience or as per market value, so we are not giving you any yearly hike or bonus for this year."

I recieved an offer from barclays as a process advisor. ( BA2) Can someone tell me is the work hectic for that role in barclays?
