What’s fair compensation (NC based) for commercial real estate paralegal work? (1.5 years of experience)

Currently make 48k but about to get a raise and would like to know how much the market is for this.

For reference I’m the only real estate paralegal at the firm! I do bill my time but only about 3-4 hours per day (not my fault & my boss has confirmed to me that’s completely fine).

Can I have some guidance on what I should do? From CTC POV, there's hardly any increase and RSUs will be vested for 4 yrs.

Slightly confused: just moved to Canada from US due to unlucky H1 attempts. I know there is a rule that we need to stay out for 1 year before applying for H1/L1 again. Hi! I am moving to a new city and have received multiple offers. I don’t want to burn any bridges and want to keep those connections at the places where I’m going to to turn down offers. Any suggestions on how to go about it. There are very comparable in salary, I Had great interviews and told them that I was really interested in their company.
