Hello so I recently had a situation. I worked at an office for 10 years. I asked the supervisor for help and she has a tantrum. Starts yelling, what do u want? Ripping up my schedules for the next day. After all the commotion I go to her office to talk to her and she starts throwing away her lunch, mind you it 4 pm and saying I guess I get no lunch today, what can I do for you? What would you have done?
I would have left, or gone to HR. Not only is that completely unprofessional, but it's also creating a hostile work environment for you and others. She is not allowed to speak to you that way in the work environment, supervisor or no.
That is toxic energy, beware. Please distance yourself from it, the further away, the better.
Report to HR or her supervisor after waiting one hour to regulate my emotions. Then…get my poop in a group and write my resignation letter if she didn’t get fired or suspended.
Ugh!
Did you report her behavior?!
Yes at my exit interview
Omg that is UNACCEPTABLE. you need to report this behavior!
