Looking for some guidance/feedback. I’m currently a director of sales at a mid size Saas firm. I scaled the sales team from 3 to 52. Been a director for 3 years with same company and watched 3 vps and 2 directors come and go. There’s limited to no growth opportunity. So I started the hunt. I have a panel interview with the CEO/cro/ and cmo for a smallish >50 employees. I’m going for a vp of sales... Any ideas on what kind of questions I should prepare myself for?
If I want to switch to another MBB, is it better to take a break e.g., go into industry for a bit, and then apply? Or apply while still at BCG? I’m about 18 months at my current level - if I spend a bit of time in industry should I be applying for the same level I left at, or the next one up?

I have been working at the same company for 16 years right out of college and moved up in management...I am finding that the title of the jobs with similar responsibilities are director level outside my company...I am seeing I am rejected because I don't have the same title as what I am applying for.. do people normally just use the higher title given it's the same responsibilities on job applications? I know my company doesn't provide titles when checked for employment.

I also interviewed with Deloitte, and cleared all the rounds, but at the end, they said they didn’t have any openings. If anyone has any leads for other firms, referrals, general advice, would really appreciate the help - thank you so much

Hi folks, I'm trying to break into tech sales, coming from a consulting background (data science). I've been having some interviews with good feedback, but it didn't end up with sad news as they have entered a hiring freeze period. Do you know any tech companies hiring at the moment for roles as solution architects or sales engineers?

What's the fixed package of a Level 8 Associate Project Manager at Accenture technology at an experience of about 12.5 years?
Wow. I’m feeling a bit surreal. There was a home going for $450k and went down and then I negotiated off another $40k. Now I’m getting the home for about $350k with a 5.99 rate (30 year fixed).
It’s in the exact area I wanted to live in too (prime location) and all the homes around are well over $400k!

I don’t think I have the thick skin required for audit. My clients can be somewhat hostile/rude. The execs on my team don’t seem bothered, while I’m left frazzled and my confidence more and more diminished every day.

I am in desperate need of advice. I am currently employed as a “health assistant” in my local school district 5 days a week. I do many things that a school nurse does, but the school nurse is only at our location 1 day a week. The next coming school year I was told I have to give a student medication through a g-tube, but I do not have any credentials. This doesn’t seem right to me. Thoughts?

Most of my nursing career has been in dialysis... And that was a bad mistake. It's hard to find a job with only dialysis experience. I was paid we'll (Golden Handcuffs). Difficult to find a job that will pay as well or any job period because of the specialized experience I have. #stuck #depressed

Hello, patient services representative here. I had moved hospital patient registration to the clinic so I can get benefits. I took a $6 dollar pay cut although I do work from home. I’m pretty knowledgeable on insurance and have a good understanding of how things work. I get paid about $21/hr and it’s just not enough money. I making ends meet working 80 hours a week. Im currently going to school full time and would like some input on what I should do.
May have an opportunity to transition out of patient care into working remotely from home doing healthcare Recruiting. Would be a pay cut, is it worth it ?

I will be taking over a new team in our call center department at my job this upcoming week. I've been with the company a few years now and something I've noticed is NO ONE uses cameras but I've seen tons of people recommend it for teams. I am thinking of making it a requirement for my new team. I was thinking of starting off with once a week and moving into every other day so that it's not too much change at once. It will only be required for meetings. What does everyone think? Do you do this?
Any Certified Revenue Cycle Representatives (CRCRs) here? What did your career path look like? What do you like about revenue cycle work? Looking into this role and would love to hear more from others in the space.
