I've got call from Cognizant HR for salary discussion. Post this I got a mail to complete step of filling online CIS form. Now it's been 2 weeks but I haven't received there offer letter. Anyone else faced this ? Will they release the offer letter ? I'm worried, please share your experience if you've joined cognizant in recent time.

Hey all, I’ve been a solutions architect associate for a year now as my first tech job out of college. I was able to get my AWS SAA Certification and followed that with Azure AZ-900. What is a normal salary range for someone in my position who recently graduated last May with a year of experience and holding these two certifications?

For the bgc verification in TCS, my bgc documents are showing as accepted. And I had the matrix verification for address last month also. After joining, again i got mail that matrix verification team will send mail for the address verification. Anybody has idea why again this mail came?

My LWD in TCS was 14th September.
Till now I didn't received any mail or document from TCS.
Can you guys let me know when will I get my initial release letter or relieving letter and other documents from TCS as my new employer asking about it.
