I have recently given interview at Infosys for senior lead analyst role. I have submitted all the documents. It’s been 10 days I have not received the offer letter. Could anyone tell if it usually takes this much time to release an offer?

After a final interview, how many days after can I expect an answer from the recruiter?

At the end of the interview, the person told me I passed the interview and they were going to talk to the Director who’s a level under them. It’s a yes for them and they’re happy to work with me.

I also sent my references. I don’t know when I can expect an reply. Recruiters from that company aren’t really organised

Looking to pivot from biotech to big tech in a less technical role (bizops, analytics, implementation manager) . Toronto banks: remote or not? They sometimes post jobs where it doesn’t say it’s remote, but no branch/ location/address either. Then you get an interview and they tell you it’s remote/hybrid(1-2-3days, take your pick)/on-site. I was reached out on LinkedIn by a design manager for a get-to-know call. I have never done a screening call with a design manager before. I haven’t sent her my resume— She didn’t ask, and I completely forgot.
My resume has my portfolio website and a password, but I kinda want to chat with her before sharing my work, so she can see how passionate I am and I am willing to learn before she sees my work. Is it okay if I don’t share my resume before the screening call? Or omit link to my website?
